Delivery information 

How soon will my order be dispatched?

The Packaging and postage time needed for orders depends on the individual order within that order. All in-stock items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. Pre-order items will be dispatched within the time scale stated on the listing itself. Please note that during busy times, order dispatch times are possible to take a little longer as I'm only a one-person show!

If you need an order delivered by a specific date, don't hesitate to get in touch with me before placing your order just to check I can meet your expectations, because I Know I'm good but I'm no musician 

What is your delivery policy, How do I track my order and do you ship worldwide?

All domestic orders (UK) will be posted using Royal Mail services. For larger items such as Large Prints or Framed prints, will be sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. For smaller items such as cards keyrings or bookmarks, will be sent via Royal Mail's 2nd Class post by default, If you wish to upgrade to Tracked 48 you will need to select this at the checkout before paying for your order.  If you've chosen a tracked service, the tracking number will be provided on your dispatch confirmation email (Check your spam/Junk folder). Please be aware I cannot provide tracking numbers for your parcels if you do not choose a tracked service. 

Shipping to the US and Canada is also available. I am currently unable to ship to areas outside this via my website due to a change in customs laws following Brexit, but I am hoping to be able to offer a wider list of locations soon as possible. However, please Contact me if you are outside my website shipping areas as I will be able to set up a custom listing for you.

All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times will vary between countries. International customers are also responsible for paying any customs fees.

Refunds and Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived with the original packaging. You will be refunded once the item has been received by me.

 

 As an independent artist, I am only able to cover return postage costs in the case of damaged items. Please note any custom or commission pieces cannot be returned. 

 

Oops! My order has arrived damaged?

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. Although I take great care to package all orders snug like a bug in a rug, accidents do happen and so I will do my best to remedy any issues as quickly as possible. Please do not get rid of any damaged items as they will need to be returned in order for a refund or replacement.
